Prematernelle les Petits Sportifs is a family-owned childcare center that has been operating since 2024. Our daycare is run by Orazio and John-Anthony Di Manno and has a capacity of 30 children between the ages of 4 and 6. Our team consists of four carefully selected educators, chosen not only for their qualifications and expertise in fostering child development for this specific age group but also for their dedication to the core values and guiding principles of our early childhood education program.

We believe that children learn best through play and hands-on activities tailored to their developmental stage. Our approach encourages them to take risks, explore new ways of doing things, and nurture their creativity and sense of discovery.

During early childhood, children explore the world around them through play. Our educational philosophy is based on the concept of indirect learning—also known as “pedagogical play”—which involves teaching essential transferable skills in a way that feels like pure fun. This approach fosters a love of learning, making new experiences exciting while ensuring children develop in an age-appropriate manner. By offering individualized support within a group setting, our educators provide a warm and structured environment, always recognizing that each child is unique, with their own strengths and areas for growth.

We value open communication and a collaborative approach to childcare, making parental involvement a key part of our philosophy. We encourage open dialogue with all staff members to promote each child’s optimal development.
